What You Will Need.

To fix your Xbox One controller’s bumper buttons, you will need the following:

-A small Phillips head screwdriver

-A can of compressed air

-Cotton swabs

The Steps.

1) Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws on the back of the controller.

2) Gently pull back on the plastic casing until it comes off.

3) Locate the bumper button mechanisms on each side of the controller. There should be a small white tab sticking up from each one.

4) Use the cotton swab to apply a small amount of pressure to the white tab, and then use the can of compressed air to blow away any dust or debris that may be preventing the button from working properly.

5) Replace the back casing and screw it into place.

To fix your controller, simply remove the two screws on the back of the controller near the shoulder buttons. Next, pull off the back plate of the controller to expose the battery compartment.
